Rush Boot Camp offers short but intense fat-burning workouts designed to be performed outdoors with minimal equipment such as resistance bands and/or a suspension gym. By focussing on only the most effective multi-joint multi-muscle exercises, and avoiding pointless isolation exercises that only waste your time, my workouts will provide you with the best results possible in the shortest time spent exercising.
Many people find that exercising outdoors is a lot of fun and very refreshing compared to typical workouts performed in a stuffy and crowded gym. The amount that you enjoy (or don't enjoy) your workouts is one of the biggest factors that determine what (if any) results you will get out of your exercise routines. With that in mind, I designed my outdoor boot camp workouts to be as fun and motivating as possible to ensure that you workout consistently and at a high intensity, giving you the best results possible.
